What we collect

Our forms are processed by Web3Forms, which delivers your submission to us by email. Web3Forms records standard technical information with each submission, such as the time of submission and the IP address it came from, for spam prevention.

Why we collect it

We use your information for exactly one purpose: responding to your request and providing the service you asked about. Specifically:

Contacting you to schedule an inspection or estimate
Answering questions about your project
Providing estimates, documentation, and warranty paperwork
Following up after work is complete

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not add you to a mailing list because you requested an estimate.

Who we share it with

We share your information only where it is necessary to do the work you asked for:

Our hosting and form provider, which processes and stores submissions on our behalf
Your insurance carrier or adjuster, if you have asked us to assist with a claim
Financing partners, only if you choose to apply for financing
Suppliers and manufacturers, where needed to register your warranty
Government authorities, where required by law or to obtain permits for your job

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it loads no third-party scripts. If that changes — for example if analytics is added — this policy will be updated to say so before those tools go live.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and project records for as long as needed to serve you and to honor warranty obligations, and thereafter as required by applicable business and tax record-keeping rules.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will. You can also request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to retain. Email info@example.com and we will handle it.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number, you are agreeing that we may call or text you about your project. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
