Accessibility
A meaningful share of our customers are older homeowners. Keeping this site usable is not an afterthought.
What we aim for
We build and maintain this site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target. That is a standard, not a certificate — we treat it as something to keep working at rather than something to claim and forget.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML structure with a single, meaningful heading hierarchy on every page
- A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element on every page
- Visible, high-contrast focus indicators on every interactive element
- Full keyboard operability, including the navigation menus and FAQ accordions
- Text and interface colors checked for contrast against their backgrounds
- Form fields with properly associated labels and clearly marked required fields
- Descriptive link text rather than bare "click here"
- Respect for the operating system’s reduced-motion preference
- Responsive layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to 320px
- Native disclosure elements for expandable content, so they work without JavaScript
Known limitations
Where third-party tools are added in future — financing applications, review widgets, or mapping — those are outside our direct control. We will choose accessible options where we have a choice and will note any known issues here.
Tell us if something is not working
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, we genuinely want to know. Tell us what page, what you were trying to do, and what happened, and we will fix it.

And if the website is in your way
You never have to use this site to work with us. Call us and we will take everything over the phone — the estimate, the scheduling, all of it.
