Our work

Projects across the Charlotte metro

Roof replacements, storm restorations, metal installs, and exterior work from across the metro and the areas around it.

A Craftsman bungalow photographed from the street in daylight, with a new dark architectural shingle roof across its front gables and dormer.
Roof Replacement

Full replacement on a 1930s home

Complex multi-gable roof with original plank decking. Full tear-off, partial deck replacement, and corrected ridge ventilation.

A dark asphalt shingle roof photographed from above, with hail impact bruises circled in white chalk across the slope and around the vent boot.
Storm Damage

Hail claim restoration

Documented hail bruising invisible from the ground, met the adjuster on site, and filed a supplement for missed ridge and vent damage.

A white board-and-batten lakefront home seen from above with a new dark standing seam metal roof, its long panel runs unbroken from ridge to eave, the covered dock and open water behind it.
Metal Roofing

Standing seam metal on a lakefront home

Long, simple runs suited standing seam well. Upgraded for the sustained wind exposure that comes with open water.

Before and after of a white painted brick chimney: weathered, stained counter flashing lifting away from the shingles, then rebuilt black step and counter flashing tight to the brick, shown with the ceiling stain it caused and the water-stained attic sheathing beside the chimney below.
Roof Repair

Leak traced to failed chimney flashing

Ceiling stain was eight feet from the actual entry point. Rebuilt step and counter flashing rather than sealing over it.

Before and after of a roof-to-wall corner: peeling paint and water-stained rot down the corner trim where the roof meets the wall, above a streaked gutter, then new fiber cement lap siding, clean white trim, and a bright new gutter and downspout.
Siding

Fiber cement siding and trim replacement

Rotted trim from a missing kick-out flashing. Corrected the flashing, replaced sheathing, and re-sided the elevation.

Before and after of a gutter run: screen guards packed solid with pine needles and leaves, then new 6-inch seamless gutter with a flat micro-mesh guard running clean along the eave.
Gutters

Seamless gutters with micro-mesh guards

Heavy pine load meant screen guards had failed repeatedly. Replaced with 6-inch seamless and micro-mesh.

A two-story white clapboard home with a covered front porch after a full exterior repaint, its black shutters, white trim, and porch railings freshly finished.
Exterior Painting

Full exterior repaint with rot repair

Replaced rotted fascia and window trim before painting rather than coating over it.
